Article writer wanted for 10 articles for uploading onto Build My Rank

I am looking for someone to write content and upload it onto Build My Rank on an ongoing, project to project basis. This project you are bidding on is for the creation of 10 articles in the pool cleaning niche. (Note: For future work you need to be flexible enough to write on a variety of niches.) I am looking for someone who is fast, efficient, has English as their primary language, delivers on time, provides value for their work, has very clear communication, and is willing to take on more work once this project has been completed.
