I need the services of a virtual assistant. This will be a long-term engagement I wish to build a relationship with one person or company and have one virtual assistant assigned I prefer to be billed on hourly basis or monthly salary up to $500 US/ month. I will be gauging the performance on the output (speed to complete tasks), and the quality of work produced. Qualifications: The virtual assistant must have excellent written and spoken English and may be required to make telephone calls as well. The main tasks that you'll perform include: making videos from my mindmaps > slides > intro + ending > match to my audio dictation post videos on pertinent sites and our blogs and websites. Maintain blogs and review niche forums, submit reports to me for response - I will respond via audio or video and then posts would be made by VA. Commenting on forums Wordpress blog setup customization and maintenance Replying to e-mails research and report writing Formatting documents Article writing website maintenance: Yahoo store, Joomla and ModX please reply to this project with full details including: your company name, physical address, and website. Please describe security measures you employ to ensure my information will remain confidential.. Please include references from three current clients and please also include a CV of the virtual assistant your proposal signing to me including relevant work experience and education. Please indicate your hourly rate for this virtual assistant. Keep in mind that month hours will vary from week to week but on average be approximately 10 to 30 hours per week. If this is a company please also include information on your back-up VAs.
