I am Home Care Agency owner seeking an experienced virtual assistant who can assist with processing claims and scheduling clients and caregivers on a weekly basis. I'm looking for someone with the following skills and experience: - Profound understanding and experience in the insurance industry, specifically with claim processing systems. - Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing systems that support claims settlement. - Knowledge of standard industry practices with regards to claims settlement. -organizational skills -attention to detail Specific requirements include: - A feature for ensurance claim processing: This should allow for a straightforward method of managing and settling insurance claims. To qualify for this project, you should have a solid understanding of how insurance claim processes work, especially in the area of settlement. Prior work on similar systems will be a clear advantage. We utilize Smartcare software. I'm eager to work with a freelancer who can successfully deliver this project on time while ensuring the agreed-upon requirements are met.
