Looking for Virtual Assistant/Purchasing Agent to join our staff, and represent our company with professionalism . Job description and detail are of the following. Assist in soliciting goods from vendors and gathering and screening information about products, prices, and suppliers. He or she may also solicit bids/quotes from vendors and make awards of purchasing contracts with first getting consent/consulting with employer. VA will act as a Purchasing Agent and represent on the company behalf. This job require VA to have strong business knowledge and skills as of the following. Negotiation, clerical, Industry analysis, good communication skills, Email quotes, Build good strong relation with vendors/suppliers for the company/employer. This assignment will start slow with minimum hours and compensation, but the VA will be compensated an additional flat rate for any deal or contract solidified with vendors. This assignment will up grade to a long term position with more hours and pay increase depending on VA motivation, skills, knowledge, communication, and positive results.
