Position Overview: We are currently seeking an experienced and talented virtual assistant to join our team for a long-term collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional English language skills, both written and spoken. Key Qualifications: - Proven expertise in virtual assistance with a track record of successful engagements. - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint. - Strong content writing and email composition skills. - Basic graphic design abilities, preferably using Photoshop. - Thorough understanding of popular social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. - Fundamental knowledge of marketing principles. - Ability to thrive in a multitasking environment while maintaining quality. Responsibilities: As a valued member of our team, your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks, including content creation, email communication, basic graphic design work, and managing social media presence. Your adeptness at multitasking and adaptability will contribute to our collaborative success. Availability: The role requires a commitment of at least 30 hours per week. Direct availability is essential, allowing for seamless communication and collaboration with our team. Occasional Travel: While this position is partly remote, we believe in the power of coming together. We occasionally organize in-person meetings in to foster stronger teamwork and synergy. These meetings take place in Rome, Italy. Additionally, the ability to travel is preferred, as there may be opportunities to attend events within Europe and beyond. Compensation: Initially, compensation will be project-based, reflecting the scope of assigned tasks. We are working toward transitioning to a full-time freelance arrangement. Compensation will be competitive and aligned with industry standards. Hourly rates will fall within the range of 4 USD - 8 USD.
