I'm in need of a resourceful virtual assistant to help me create a virtual sales team. Your duties will include: - Facilitating recruitment and hiring procedures to bring talent onboard - Organizing training and onboarding schedules for new hires - Implementing communication tools to enhance team collaboration Further, your responsibilities also include assisting the company with: - Managing emails and correspondence rigorously - Scheduling appointments and meetings on a routine basis - Performing data entry tasks and maintaining organized records As a communication tool, we use Email for all our business-related exchanges. You should be comfortable and adept at using it efficiently. Ideal candidates should have prior experience in similar roles, with an understanding of recruitment procedures, hiring, training, and communication tools setup. Proficiency in managing corporate emails, setting up meetings, and organizing company data is also crucial.
