Internet Marketing and Website Promotion Expert needed -- long term-1

This is an easy project for someone who is self-reliant, dependable and motivated: I have a number of websites that I maintain. My workload is backing up. I'm looking for one or more Internet Marketing and Website Promotion Expert(s) that can work with me as part of our team. I can not guarantee you full time work, but as of now I am often turning down requests because I'm just too busy. I would like to find a freelancer that I can build a working relationship with and can help me complete some online marketing projects. For example, I've started building a series of affiliate sites like [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and some membership sites and some shopping sites as well. It requires Internet Marketing and Website Promotion skills to generate ongoing targeted traffic. We are open to suggestions; marketing through search engine (SEM/SEO), links, emails, forum marketing, social marketing or other creative ways as long as it is legal and doesn't get our sites banned from search engines. If you would like to work with me, please let me know your experiences and skillset, your availability (how many hours per week can you do freelance work) and your hourly rate. Please tell me what your proposal/approach is in your bid, price, the time to accomplish and the way I could measure the results from your efforts. Please post this information in the PMB. Your skillset should minimally include vast experience and knowledge in Website Promotion and Traffic Generation. I could hire more than one for this project! So a detailed description of how you would go about marketing the website, improve search engine rankings and drive traffic to the site would be appreciated to help me decide on who to award this project to. As far as payments, you will be paid on monthly basis -- no upfront payment. If sites are working well and revenues are generated you will get substantial additional bonusses.
