We Need 1000 one-way text links

This project is for 1000, permanent, one-way links (not reciprocal), PR1 or above. 1. Links must be on a PAGE with a Google PR of at least 1, not just a PR1 [login to view URL] be on PR1 to PR8 pages 2. At least 50% must be PR2+ sites 3. Be relevant to website being promoted. Relevant links only!! 4. One way non-reciprocal links only, no link exchanges. 5. All links must be permanent and remain active 6. No link farms, link directories, forums, blogs or spam [login to view URL] be quality links (no link Farms, FFA's, blogs, guest books, web rings or paid sites) 7. No sites banned by google. 8. Link page must have a recent Google & Yahoo cache. 9. Links must be from different Class-C IP addresses. 10. No blacklisted or spam sites. 11. No more than 30 outbound links per page. 12. Links must contain our target anchor text and link to a given page. 13. All links must be indexable by googlebot, no rel="nofollow", [login to view URL] blocking, java links, jump scripts, framed pages etc. All links must be static, plain, standard a href type links (no cgi etc...) and direct using provided anchor text 14. No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable 15. No sites using dynamically generated links, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks. 16. Must be static links only. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. Only ethical work will be accepted. 17. Links from websites that already link to our site will not be counted. 18. Links should not be from framed pages or cloaked links 19. Links should not be on Flash sites or pages 20. All links should be free and not paid links. 21. All links shouldn't appear in a paid links slot such as: "sponsored" links , advertisers, links, ads or any other slot links that will show the search engines that it is a paid link. 22. Must be manually submitted. 23. No use of Automated software (e.g., Zeus, Arelis or others) Additional note: I'll provide a document containing the topic of my site (links must be relevant) and desired title/anchor text for my site or sites. You will need to provide me with the following document/spreadsheet before any payment is made: Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink), Site Name, Site Type, Google Page Rank and IP address and submitted date. I reserve the right not to accept a particular link. Payment will be made once all links are verified. No payment if the criteria detailed above are not completely met. We have the option to disapprove links that are unacceptable. Please make similar bids like at : [login to view URL] 50 % of the Payment made when 50% links are verified. The other 50 % when the rest of the 50% links are verified and stayed online for minimum 4 weeks . To guarantee that the links are Permanent. After some rapport well pay all the links after links were verified. More work will follow if this project is done well.
