100 -150 QUALITY One Way Links For "make money online" site

Hello, we require 100 -130 QUALITY inbound one way PR3+ and PR2+ links for a new site of ours. Please review our following guidelines: We requir an indivdual with extensive seo knowledge. The indivdual must give a spreadsheet of all of the urls, links, ips, and pr for each link. I'll have more work waiting for you if do a good job with this project ;) 1. Looking for links for new website thats in the "make money online: The purpose of this campiagn is to get more traffic/sales to the website before its offical launch. 2. All links must be permaneant and 1 way. 3. No links farms, no automatic software. 4. I require that 50% of the links must have a pr3 or greater. No penalized or banned sites are allowed. I repeat, the page the links appears on must have a pr3 or greater, this does NOT include the homepage. The links must also be indexexd by Google and in its cache. 5. Each link must be from different ips and locations. 6. At least 70% of the links must be from sites that talks about "making money online." the remaining can be from links from sites that talks about online business, internet marketing, etc. 7. No black hat stuff guys :). No redirets, cloaked links, etc. 8. No link farms,forum links, web rings, spam sites, gambling, classiified sites, etc. 9. Linking page must have no more then 35 putbound links. I requitre that 80% of the links come from sites in the US. the other 20 can be international, thats fine. A standard non dicloure agreement is requird by all freelancers. NO ESCROW UPFRONT. 50% of teh payment will be given when 50% of th work done, and teh remaining given when the remaining work is done :) seems fair to me.
