This is the sort of project I complete all the time here on freelancer. I am an expert programmer and very skilled at writing bots to capture data such as this. In fact, I have just recently finished several bots for clients on freelancer to collect data from betting websites, stock data and so forth. I would create a slim vb.net application which could collect this data for you whenever you like and then automatically export it to an excel/csv file. If the data is your primary interest then once we discuss the details and I accept we can work out a milestone system that is based on increments of the excel data so since you want 1.2 million records of data we can do milestones after each 250k results or something such as that. Anyway I am interested, I'm an expert not a quitter and I'm also a professional. If you provide me more details I will do research and tell you straight if its something I can do.
