200443 Media Page Designer - Artist

Looking for a designer to create the look of a media page. As step one, we are looking for the right design, look and feel rather than having it work. Once we settle on look and feel, we will make it work (which may be a separate job posting). The design of the page needs to empahsize a good size screen (crisp, Apple like design and feel or hulu) with some space above and larger space bellow for sponosrship links. There also needs to be a place for a few menu selection links , perhaps next to the media player. This phase of the project is all about the design and look of the page. Please place a bid only for design layout work. The programmer selected for the original posting has not responded yet and I am needing to move on this. Since the project remains frozen, I cannot contact other bids. Please respond again. Thanks
