Adsense Sites

I am looking to build original adsense sites. Would like original templates with opt in form, 10 original articles, niche topic, a seperate blog, and 10 relevant links per [login to view URL] like pages to be optimized for SEO, with the use of long keyword phrases. -articles 500 words, optimized for SEO -10 relevant links per topic -linking guidelines- 1. Links must be from closely related or complementary websites 2. PR2+ on page link resides. 3. No more than 25 links on each web page (where link is placed) 4. Links should contain the target keyword/keyphrase as a text hyperlink 5. Links should contain the target keyword/keyphrase as a title tag on the text hyperlink 6. Links should be followed by a short description of the target website also containing related keywords. 7. Must be able to alternate multiple descriptions and link title submissions. 8. Links should be spread out to point to relevant pages of the website, not just the home page 9. Staggered deployment of the links to avoid any penalties 10. One way links although 3 way exchanges are acceptable. No reciprocal 2 way links. 11. Links should not be from framed pages 12. Links not be through a javascript 13. Links not be through a redirect script 14. Links should not be from bad neighborhoods (porn or other offensive websites) 15. Links should not be on Flash sites or pages 16. Links should not include a rel=nofollow tag 17. Links should not be on a links page excluded by a robots tag 18. All links need to be in place for a minimum of 12 moths 19. All links should be free and not paid 20.
