artistic web site design

We have a web based application and a web site that we would like redesigned to look more professional. The web site is a news information site while the software is a specialized web based management software. We would like the design to be the same or similar for both the web site and the web application. We are looking for an artist with experience designing web sites to do a "makeover" and give us a more professional look. Attached is an image file with our current design and examples of the colors and logos that must be included in the design. The provider must have artistic talents and experience designing web sites. Please provide example links to work you have done. The provider will have to provide 3 design options from which we will choose the one we feel is the best and which will become the final design. From the final design we will need the artist to produce: - complete web site design including masters for menus, buttons etc. - web application design (almost same as web site) - rework of our logo - make an icon in a few standard sizes - business card layout using design - letter head layout using design - brochure layout using design We will provide examples of existing business cards and brochures as examples of how we use them to help with the design. The final work needs to be produced in digital format and then sent to us in high quality image files so that we can put it into our web site builder software. The provider will not do the actual web site programming work. The provider will only do the artistic work. This is not hard work but requires a talented artist with web design experience.
