Duplicate/modify my website

I own a hair and beauty website ([login to view URL]) and would like to create a copy of it but modify it slightly so that I can market to all industries. Main changes (from our complete SalonCentral site) to be made include: 1. Overall modifications: i. Headers, footers, patterns/background and entire colour scheme of our entire site changes. (Please note it is only the colours/theme that is changing. All images/elements in regards to their positioning stay the same). 2. Home page modifications: i. Search function changes from checkbox's to a single textbox "What are you looking for?" (Refer to our excel sheet "Business Categories") ii. Please note the public should also be able to search by a business name (not just by a service). iii. Graphics on search bar section changes to reflect our business site (variety of business images) 3. Edit Mini-Site Table > Select categories i. Changes from checkbox's to a search function *Please refer the "business categories" excel sheet for a full list of the categories/tags. 4. Please rename our "Awards" tab to "Downloads" and change the logo accordingly I have attach an image of the changes to be made to simplify things. I will provide you with the login details for the back end of our site once the job starts. I will also provide you with our hosting login so that you may make a copy of the [login to view URL] site to begin your work. On another note, I'm not fussed on how long it takes to complete the job, just after the best price possible. The job is pretty simple for a experienced developer do, I expect around a days work.
