Golden Gate New Web Site

Design new web site with home page similar (or improved if you have ideas) to attached file. I need a very clean, profesional web site. I need to be able to add/delete Products/Services on the left side of the page,as well as have a complete content management system so I can maintain/update the system. Under the Gallery tab, i need a photo gallery managment system that I can easily add/delete,change folder-picture names. I also want to add a live chat button. On the individual pages for product/services, this will bring you to a page that has detailed information about the particular offering, pictures, and in most cases two or three tabs offering more information about this particular product/service. You can get a little idea of this concept at my current site [login to view URL] . On my new site the pictures at the top would likely be flash..with rotating images. On the bottom left corner, the picuture of the person, this would be a video file. Also need a customer inquiry form. I need someone that is very professional, and has no problems with any aspect of this project. I also need this done fast....you must be able to start immediately. Thanks for you help
