I am looking for an experienced web designer with exceptional graphic design skills. The work involves designing a logo and 4 unique pages for a news website. You will also need to create HTML (as per the latest web standards) for these pages, though it’s not a deal breaker. If you cannot create HTML, please mention it in a bid and bid accordingly.
