Joomla Virtuemart Expert Required to finish website

I have Joomla 1.5 website with Virtue mart already designed and setup. However the last contractor did not do the finishing of the site. The following issues need address: 1. CSS and font issues 2. Alignment on the pages (templates) 3. Information not correctly positioned or missing 4. Checkout, cart page not coded as designed, works but not looking like I had designed. 5. Backend my accounts page needs re-arranging, formatting etc 6. Virtuemart product pages need setting up correctly. 7. SEO and SEF needs addressing 8. Facebook connect and few other plug-ins needs installing correctly. 9. Some re-design work required.
