I am looking to replace an existing site which uses OS COmmerce to a Magento Cart. I will be converting about 100 products to the new cart and adding another 150 products (all in spreadsheets). Need to redesign the site and update the look and feel and install on a dedicated server. I also have a Reseller site where VAR's can enter orders from a private site. This will need to be reconfigured and updated as well. Summary of project is: Create New design Convert new design into HTML/CSS template, tuned for SEO Install and setup of a new cart Skin the cart to use new design template Add and configure all existing products Add and configure all new "kit" style products VAR Site Convert the existing database of vendor information to the new DB schema Re-code the site to read from the new DB schema Re-code the VAR site to read from the new DB schema and input into the new DB
