Wordpress Multi Site install

We are a online linen retailer in need of the following. 1. We need a WordPress Multi site install to achieve the following. a) Our distributors need to be able to create their own account on the site to retail our products. These products will consist of Both rental products and salable products. b) Each distributor needs to be able to brand their store with their own header footer and color scheme. c) Distributors need to be able to collect funds / shipping costs etc all on their end. THERE WILL BE NO COMMISSION paid to us, so there is no percentage load from us on the product. d)We supply the product at a base price and the distributor can add the percentage they wish to charge on top of our base price this functionality needs to be built into the site. e) Distributors will be able to set up their own payment solution and also shipping. Once orders are placed we will need notifications sent to us the manufacturer and also to the customer and the distributor. We will be supplying the domain name the hosting details and anything else that you may need. Please contact us with examples of other site like this that you may have installed previously.
