Due to the change of bid system at freelancer.com, they ask freelancer to submit the project proposal at the time of bid. But it is not the right way, initially we can go through the requirements but we definitely need to spend time to write the proposal. Also they provide no place or private message unless you contact us, therefore we cannot submit the portfolio, examples site and our creative work. Also we do not post the portfolio and work examples publically to avoid other people copying it and claiming as their own. Please send us a message so we can submit the links of our portfolio and then you can review and if you like we can start discussing project to help you to reach the final decision. Hello, we can design you a responsive website like requested in joomla. This mean that you will not need a mobile app for your side because every content allways adjust to the screensize of the device you are using. The other pro of joomla is that you will be able to change content by you own if you wish, we can explain everything to you if necessary. The resources we need from you are all the text and images (if you dont have just explain us what idea of image you have in mind and we will sort that out for you) you want to use on the site. Also we need to know how the fees of the payback will be calculated. It is not a problem for us to configure a similar calculater as the one on nimble. Also user registration is not a problem for us. Once user has detailed his particulary needs you will get all the information by email. If you want to include a blog as the one on Nimble we include it aswell.
