Auction/Ebay style web system

Looking for someone/team to develop an auction/ebay like web system (Still may wish to not have auctions rather people post their product during which time they are shown the current listed prices for the product they are posting - pricing algorithm of sorts.) Needs to be scalable for huge growth so unsure if it should be made in wordpress, MS, UNIX, or Amazon AWS. Will look to developers to assist in making the right choice here. We will need to somehow find a listing of all games that have ever been made, this will include games from all platforms, xbox, PS, Wii, PC, ect. This list is needed to insure we offer the most user friendly system and will be used for autopopulating in the form users use to post their game for sale. We will also need to implement a yet to be chosen support system to handle issues with customers. The support system will need to contain an element in which helps drive users to find solutions on their own rather than making for long drawn out problems between users. We will also need a simple way to update the static pages on this site, i.e.- about us, contact, support etc. albeit wordpress would allow this. The reason I have suggested Amazon AWS is two fold. #1 being because the system needs to be scalable to even the size potential of an enterprise level system eventually. #2 because I am not sure that the product list can be found anywhere else as this list will number anywhere from over 100,000 to over 1 million products. Another requirement being that when a user goes to sell their product we want that product name to auto populate making for a highly user friendly [login to view URL] site must be extremely simple and user friendly throughout. -Once user is registered they establish their trust dependant upon if they give us their true name, their cell nmber, and lastly a CC and/or bank account info. This will be for both those users who list their games for sale, and also the users who are seeking to buy a game. MOney should transfer simply, state taxes be levied upon the buyers ONLY, I want to only have to pay stingy's income taxes at the end of the year - all other taxes and payments should be placed onto the buyer/seller transaction of the business. System must calculate on every single transaction our fee of 10% of the sale of the game they are selling. Our charge will be 10% across the board. There will be no ability to post hardware like consoles, controllers ect. If you feel that you are a good fit for helping make this a reality then give us your best quote. Wew would like to see quotes that are staged... i.e stage 1 - description - amount to be paid, stage 2 - description - amount o be paid. I don't have a huge budget in fact it is very little, I can promise you that if you win this project and wish to have ongoing work on it that we will likely be able to provide it.
