Hi, I am starting a small online store selling mobile phones ,electronics and car spare parts. I need a freelancer who can design the online store for me and include the following in the store; 1. customer login giving Name,Phone, email & delivery address either at the start of the shopping or at the end of the shopping cycle. 2. Paypal payment integration or mobile money payment instructions(set of instruction set to customer so that he/she can pay for the goods offline using a mobile phone) 3. Design product categories which can be added or deleted as the store grows and have a option where if the product is not in stock the customer can put his/hers email so as to be notified when the item is in stock. Any software or theme that can be recommended and customized to achieve the above objectives will be appreciated. Thanks

I hope you want a startup solution for your requirement. So I will provide a wordpress site ( with woocommerce plugin) which will behave like a normal ecommerce store along with shopping cart.
