Develop Extension to link registration form, stripe payment and send data to 3rd party via API's

On a joomla website we will be selling ONE product. It will be an annual membership to a club. The member will receive a digital membership provided by a 3rd party. I need a form on my website that the potential member can fill in their details to process the membership application. Then when they click pay I need the payment to be processed using STRIPE. Then when payment is confirmed I need all the data sent to the 3rd party via their API so that the digital membership card is then sent to the member. I also need to be able to either: 1. Change the currency and price that we charge their credit card in based on their location/ip address 2. Or change the currency and price we charge based on the field they choose in the form for country of residence. If possible I do not want to use a currency converter as you always end up with strange numbers. I would prefer to be able to set the value in each country of residence we have.
