Scrape data from a web page and create a new web page with a high chart or other interactive chart

I would like to have an interactive chart built and posted to a new webpage. 1) I would like to scape the data from [login to view URL] for the % gain of cryptocurrencies with a 24h volume above $100,000. I would like to scrape this data several times a day and have it automatically populate into a graph that can be viewed by anyone online. 2) I would like to be able to toggle between the % gain over a 24 hr period, 72 hr period or 7 days. 3) Lastly, I would like to be able to toggle between seeing the % change of: - each cryptocurrency, - the average of a group of 5 cryptocurrencies, - average of a group of 11 cryptocurrencies and - the average of a group of 25 cryptocurrencies (For Example: When the user clicks on "average of 5 coins" this will change the graph so that each data point is no longer just one coin is the average of 5 coins. So if a coin ranks #5 in market cap when "average of 5 coins" is selected it take the average of #5 , #4, #3, #6 and #7 and this becomes one data point. This is to smooth the graph by averaging each data point with it's neighbors.)
