Senior UX Designer / Web Developer / Senior Web Designer Frontend

We are seeking a responsible for the technical implementation of the day-to-day web developer business as well as for long-term web projects and primarily for our own developments. The focus of your work lies in the development and implementation of the dynamic layout of frontends and backends for our own developments and currently for WordPress. This also includes the creative further development of existing Internet presences. You will be the primary contact and interface for our core developers and manage outsourced capacities with reliable freelancers. • Conception and implementation of very sophisticated, modern web solutions in our small team, currently still with WordPress, but the primary focus is on our own solutions • Participation in the development of our own headless website solutions • Selection and management of freelancers to expand your capacities Qualification Experience matters. You solve your tasks creatively but in a structured way and your own quality standards are only met if the systems you have created are high-performance, barrier-free, w3c-compliant and reach the highest level. You are very interested in the topics of e-commerce and cloud solutions and feel physical and mental pain when something does not go as desired. • Independent, careful and absolutely reliable way of working • Very good UI design skills. Material design trend • Professional experience, references required ( live currently functional website links, no template no picture) • Professional experience with multiple web application languages references desired • Very good handling of JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX and PHP5 + as well as good ability to familiarize oneself with common CMS systems • Very good knack for contemporary layout and always on the pulse of current trends • Special feeling for usability and the development of easy-to-use web interfaces • You always have an eye on the website performance and pay attention to perfect loading times of the systems you have developed • Min. 2 to 3 years of professional experience in web development / web design Completed degree in computer science, media informatics / media design or comparable training • Confident use of the version control system Git • Existing basics in the general functioning of the Internet and search engines including SEO • Experience in the preparation of graphics for the Internet (Photoshop or similar) • High flexibility and quality awareness • Problem-solving, fast, clean creative, out of box thinker and team-oriented work style Note: This project may have a fix rate or hourly rate may vary base on your knowledge and skill and live current website and different from what mentioned here.
