Help get my domain back after I let it lapse by accident, (Chinese Speaker Needed)

Last year I let my domain lapse and I really need it back. This is an unusual situation where the company that took it is based in China and looks to be a domain registry company. That's the furthest I can get. I hired a domain broker and they gave up also. They are squatting on it and not even trying to sell it. The whois says its registered to: MAFF Inc. IANA ID: 817 URL: [login to view URL] Whois Server: [login to view URL] When you go to [login to view URL] it redirects to [login to view URL] which is completely in Chinese. This will require contacting them, but I have no idea how to. I tried through their contact page, and they do not respond. What I'd like for someone here to do is reach out to them, and negotiate the sale for me. I will give you $25 upfront and $175 bonus if I successfully recover the domain and once it is fully back in my control. $200 total if successful.
