Dynamic Connection String.

I am working on a project that requires connection to a remote MS SQL Server 2005 database.I need a connection string that is dynamic which i can change during run time since my remote ip would be changed from time to time for different connections during run [login to view URL] connection string i have in my class is as below: Provider=sqloledb;Data Source=[login to view URL],1433;Network Library=DBMSSOCN;Initial Catalog=my databaseName;User ID=my username;Password=my password. The connection string above works well when the remote ip is [login to view URL] i need now is for a coder to provide a TextBox input,using VB.Net that i can use to change the remote computer's ip(within the connection string) whenever i need to make another connection during run time.
