Debt Stacker program

I want to create a Debt Stacking program to my specific needs and requirements. Debt stacking is not a new concept and there are several programs that his can be modeled from. ? IT simply puts the the highest interest debts first to pay oif debts sooner. My concept have is detailed more to my training and includes reports that are savable and printable I also want to provide a tracker for the client to review and check on their progress.
