Manual Transcription and Categorization of Law Essays from "Per Incuriam Magazine"

We are seeking a diligent freelancer with a strong attention to detail and an excellent understanding of law terminology to manually transcribe law essays from the "First Class Essay" sections of the "Per Incuriam Magazine". The freelancer will be responsible for identifying, transcribing, and properly formatting these essays for the following law topics: Company Law EU/European Union Law Equity Law/Trusts Labour Law Human Rights Law Aspects of Obligations Furthermore, the freelancer will need to create a spreadsheet detailing which topics are covered in each edition, to ensure both the freelancer and the client have an overview of the topics covered and their locations. Please note, the freelancer will need to exercise judgement in identifying the relevant essays as they may not always be explicitly labeled by these categories. For example, "Equity Law" may only be referred to as "Equity". Additionally, please be aware that there may be some editions without essays on these topics. To ensure the highest level of accuracy, we request that the transcription be done manually, rather than using OCR software. Links to the relevant sections of the magazine will be provided. Responsibilities: Manually identify and transcribe relevant essays from the provided editions of the "Per Incuriam Magazine". Accurately transcribe without any errors or omissions. Properly format the transcribed essays according to the guidelines provided. Create a spreadsheet detailing which topics are covered in each edition. Deliver the transcriptions and the spreadsheet in a timely manner.
