I have an Wordpress site already installed and configured with a custom template ([login to view URL]). I want someone to copy the content of some sample pages to my wordpress instance, so I can edit it later according to my needs.
Example:
Get the content of this page:

and copy it to my website as a new page.
I just need the content. No need to tweak templates or menus, etc.
