Hi, I can think of 2 ways: we can setup javascript filters to filter continent, country and town. So work will be only on front-end only. This I believe is the easiest. However, if the list is too long (thus makes page loading time consuming) then perhaps we should look into 2nd option which involves ajax (javascript + PHP back-end coding).
