Pinterest-styled WordPress site development

Hi, I'm looking to build a Pinterest-styled website with full of Quotes and Sayings but within the budget to start with. 1) Main page will have cards or large thumbnails of categories. 2) When one clicks any of these Main category card, it will open a new page that will have all cards/images with quotes written in it under that category. No or minimal text. 3) Each card should be able to be shared on major Social platforms like WhatsApp, FB, Twitter, etc. It should somewhat look like these: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I've already bought a Wordpress hosted website and installed a theme called "QuotesIn". However am not sure how far this theme will be helpful.
