Wordpress site image permalinks not updating even after edit all links with queries

Hi, My domain is not displaying most images after a migration. The issue is that it is displaying the ip address in the browser instead of the domain name, causing the images to fail loading. I have tried editing all links and replacing the ip with domain name with "search regex" plugin but its still failing. I am unsure how to proceed. You can ONLY ACCESS TROUGH MY PC, so please do not ask for admin credentials. I can only share my screen in several ways. Please do not reply if you think the solution is just to save the permalinks again and update them as the problem is most likely elsewhere. Understood. I believe I know exactly what the problem is - and it is NOT permalinks. I can do this right now, it should be done in a few minutes! Through your PC, that is fine - will still need WP Admin or FTP from your PC to solve this.
