Zoho Creator Custom App (Tracking and Reporting App) -- 2

Brief: Looking for a freelancer to build a tracking and reporting app using Zoho Creator. Company Background - the company is a training company that conducts classes - App is to allow trainers to submit attendance for each class Objective of App - To automate / generate payout of trainer fees (based on the attendance) - To automate / generate revenue recognition of program fees (paid by participants) - To automate / generate attendance of participants (for them to complete the program) Screens - There are around 5 main screens 1. Form screen (input) 2. Report screen (revenue) 3. Report screen (cost) 4. Report screen (program) 5. Dashboard Work Flow - Trainer will log in to input the form after each training session - Trainer will select the program type / session format / program batch and be presented with the respective form for input (different programs have different fields) - Based on the program type / program batch selected, the form will auto-load the participant list (for checking of attendance) - There are also other form fields. - Total number of forms (1 for each program) = approximately 6 forms - After input, the data is captured and presented as a report / table for the admin use *Admin is able to upload the participant list for each batch (name of student) Admin is able to upload the trainer list (for selection) in the form In the report, admin user is able to: - Filter by program type - Filter by program batch - Filter by period And the corresponding report will be displayed. There are 3 main types of reports. The report tables are shown at a program / batch level. 1. Revenue recognition report - The total number of hours attended for each session type by the participant - The corresponding revenue that has been 'clocked' based on the attendance of the participant 2. Cost report - The total number of hours / number of students clocked by the trainer - the corresponding cost / payout to be paid to the trainer 3.
