I have 2 almost identical models of a human head. There seems to be something wrong with one of the models (eyes and lip contours are not so "sharp"). This small project is about to create Scilab function that is able to create a simple triangulation of a set of concave 2D polygon (without holes). Performance is not that important, therefore a simple algorithm like "ear clipping" can be used. No external libraries nor modules can be used, the function must be self contained. The output of the function should be a set of the vertices (counter clockwise) and faces of the resulting triangulation.
Attached is a png of a menu I designed. It is for a WordPress main navigation. Each of the links needs to have an image rollover. Problem is, they aren't simple rectangles. They are polygons at angles. And I want them to have a mouseover like the "contact" link has. I can't figure out how to achieve this. Normally if I want to use images for nav menus I will use a sprite. But I can't use sprites because they only use rectangles.
