Doresc un program care sa contina un anumit numar de intrebari (intre 10 si 20) cu posibilitate de raspuns la fiecare si cu posibilitate de upload fisiere la fiecare intrebare. Acest program trebuie sa poata fi trimis pe urma la un numar nelimitat de persoane si completat de acele persoane de oricate ori e nevoie. Intr-un final, doresc sa descarc fisierele uploadate in program intr-un mod cat mai usor cu putinta.
