If you could tell me how much time this would take so I can calibrate time/expectations/costs it would be appreciated. I need you to make a parser to read an rss feed. Then take that information to enter it into a Wordpress database. The rss feed will contain: title, keywords, category, url link, unique identifier. Often an entry will be a repeat, because the category changed; the code would need to identify it as not a unique entry and update the category field accordingly, which shouldn't be too difficult since the unique identifier would match. Featured designation will be based on a keyword match. The parser needs to be set up to check the feed every 20 minutes.
