require the architectural, interior and landscaping design of a Mediterranean-style house which contains the following: -Entrance. -Garage area for 2/3 cars. -Pool Area -The main house is two stories. Number of bedrooms, bathrooms, can be instructed during the design process. Aprox area: about 500mt2 -Secondary small house (guests- one story). Aprox area about 90mt2 - All the garden and plants location. - I'm able to provide pics and videos of houses with desired design so the architect can be very well oriented. I already have a detailed sketch of the plans which I'm able to provide. Also, all the measures of the lot and additional details. Lot area: 1600mt2. I need a professional with excellent sense of aesthetics and proportions. Anticipated budget 100$ Thanks!
