Customer Support Executive (USA Time Zone) - We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to provide phone support services. - The ideal candidate should have experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues over the phone. - This position does not require 24/7 availability, as customer support will be provided during PST (Pacific Standard Time) working hours however we would need to have a TAT of 1 hour for every email. - Key responsibilities include answering customer calls, addressing their concerns, and providing accurate and timely information. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role. - The candidate should have a friendly and empathetic attitude towards customers, ensuring a positive customer experience. - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.. - Familiarity with Magento / Wordpress backend website management is a plus. - The candidate must be able to work independently and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously. - This is a full time position, and the hours will be determined based on business needs. - If you are a reliable and customer-oriented professional, with availability during USA working hours, we would love to hear from you. - Having experience in Pharma Industry would be an added advantage.
