The total amount will be shown in a bill, which will be emailed to the user's email or the user can download the bill in pdf, make payments. The site is to be developed using Django framework and PostgerSQL as backend. More details will shared later.

Well I guess you want the full website not just Django backend. I can do that for you but If you need the frontend seperate in React its gonna cost more.
