Looking for high-quality VA for a long-term, growing relationship. Job will be about 5 hours a week to start, growing to 10 or more. Duties include: Checking our email accounts to answer customer questions (it is required to check twice daily Mon-Fri) Some inventory management Field speaking invitations and other inquiries Tidy documents that we create Improve current Squarespace web pages Proofreading newsletters and webpages Set up podcast guests Research projects Will require some training, especially at first. Position may expand to include more client support with orders. Our company is small but growing quickly and there is room for increased hours over time. Qualities we are seeking: Attention to Detail Fluent English Time zone in the Americas Professional and friendly in dealing with customers and affiliates Experience with Infusionsoft, Squarespace, Canva preferred (please detail in your cover letter, or similar programs you've used) Interest in the natural healthcare field/ personal interest in health Experience with assisting online business owner Spanish speaking would be a bonus for us
