Induction and Training Matrix and Checklists

Hi there, As a Freelancer 'newbie' I am willing to complete this project for the base rate to help improve my reputation. I am also available to start immediately if this is convenient. To clarify what is required: Depending on the specific Division and Role, the Commencement, Induction and Training checklists require population based on data selected in the Matrix. The sub categories of the Training checklist need to also be separated. This can easily be achieved using a combo box to selected the Division and Role and macros to auto populate the checklists based on the selections in the Matrix. Dear employer, here is my proposal for your project: The system that will work in the following way: - The user will see a form with several checkboxes, one for each of the elements that can be included in the printed form. - The user will select the checkboxes corresponding to the elements that need to be included and click on an "Ok" button. Then the form to be printed will be displayed. The user will be able to go back to the previous screen and select other items or click in "Print" and go ahead with the current selection. Before starting the project I would like to have the information about the items that will be included in the matrix.
