Design a Powerpoint template

Design 3 "Guides" for real estate buyers, sellers and relocations. Design work to include the cover, table of contents, organizing and grouping the actual text (to be provided) and the back I have attached the three guides I would need customized. Below is a picture (example) of how others have been done. I would like the attached certified home seller and certified home buyer specialist logos also featured prominately. We would also need the benchmark logo added. Our group name is Franklin Realty Expert Advisors and we would want that on the front of each.. On the inside table of contents page I would like a coupon that provides for a gift card for a free move (value up to $1,000) payable to U-Haul or any licensed mover of the clients choice when they use FREA's to purchase or sell a home. All colors for all companies are red white and blue. Obviously there are many more questions to which you need answers but this can be a start. Second project: Design 2 power point presentations - Presentations are preformatted and I just need somebody that understands power point and is good with typing and graphics. Colors to be red, white and blue. I would want the certified home seller logo on each page. I have printed out the two presentations I will need created and printed the pages with the info I want written on each page.
