We have a large database of clients that we wish to promote another service to. We want someone to organise emails to go out to clients on a regular basis and someone to track responses and keep a log of that. Ideally help in the drafting of a marketing style letter. Follow up emails and phone calls to be made in relation to those clients that don't respond.
