3D VISUALIZATION AND INTERIOR DESIGN

Hello everyone We are a company working on interior designs for mostly hotels and sometimes residential buildings. Our company is growing and the amount of work is increasing so we are in need of constatly working with us freelancer a responsible and very creative person who will provide a high quality results in time and according to all our demands. We are not gonna skimp on payments ever if we get a good quality done without exceeded timeframes and if we see the one's response on work and the wish to work good on our projects. REGARDING CURRENT PROJECT We need good quality renders for the ready model of ONE hotel room. In attachments see the dwg file of it. [login to view URL] is an example of our works so that is the quality we are looking for. The furniture is modeled as you can see from file, but there are some things to be placed suitable for this room (e.g. armchairs, carpet, accessories etc.) You may use models from your object library to add. Also textures (wood color/stucco or paint/wallpaper) to be seamless. We will provide some more details to the chosen person. But in general this work is not hard and can be done during some hours.
