please see attached document to go with my oscommerce installation. ====================================================== I apologize for any confusion my horrible explanation has caused. These two pages that I've referenced are basicly additional sales management pages that we use to group buyers of a certain product together "temporarily" until we confirm the authenticity/legitimacy of their purchase. Once each order has been confirmed/authenticated we will delete it from the "temporary" database (table). The "temporary" order in the (table) is a copy of the actual order. When the "temporary" order is deleted, the original order stays intact - The copy of the order is ONLY for us to have all of the data in one place for proper administration of the order. The pdf's are fabricated screen shots to give an idea of what it is that I want. When I click "reset" the availibility switches to "Out of Stock" and "Number of Orders" to zero. Page 1 reads/writes from the actual data and Page 2 reads/writes to a "copy" of the order and doesn't write to the actual live data. That's why I wanted a separate table. Just a little more info: Once the "RESET" button is clicked, the "Number of Orders" changes to zero and radio button goes to "Out of Stock". We will have already deleted all of the orders for that product by then. The "Number of Orders" also resets to zero. We will be offering "VARIOUS" weekly deals for each item so we will be "reseting" the amount of orders received when we change our deals. WE WILL RESET THE AMOUNT OF ORDERS WHEN WE CHANGE THE WEEKLY SPECIAL FOR THAT ITEM.
