566518 Affiliate System

I need a system created to allow companies to signup as an affiliate reselling my membership website. The user should be able to create an affiliate account. They shoud be able to the insert my banner on their website or link. If the end user clicks on the banner it will track the affiliate code it came from and if the end user signup on my website and succesfully pays, the admin will receive an email notifying of succesufl payment from end user for affiliate. The affiliate should also be able to log into his account and see total profits earned by month and how many clicks the links received even if they did not purchase. When the affilate creates their account there should be a field for their comapny name, contact name, phone, email, website, address, paypal id to have affiliate payments sent to
