Social map with pins that have info mobile ready - start tonght - repost

We will be using a premade social cms script. considering iscripts or if it can be done better in drupal let us know. Focus of project -provide a map that shows current user location (GEOIP) google maps api and nearby posted pins- pins image should be customizable via admin panel submission ability to add new pin types etc. currently there will be one for hunting and one for fishing and one for submitting a product for sale think pinterest style postings of fish hunting game and or a product for sale. The script we are using has a built in user cart/product function, once again though if you feel its bettter done in drupal as i have a notioni that would be a better way to go let me know. -User should be able to post a pin -when posting pin ability to move pin to correct for geoip inaccuracy -pin contains additional info submitted by user -> i.e title- description-picture-video this will be editable,deletable via their account panel once submitted and naturally admin can manage all - should be mobile compliant whereas there is a generic mobile version so users with mobile devices can post as the majority of the users would be posting from their phones at time of catch/kill essentially youll be integrating a powerful map into a exsisting social cms that already has all other functions we seek so we need a google map api expert who also knows php and sql and mobile detection and forwarding to a simplified mobile version of the site. Note we will then be posting another project for ios and android apps for this project. so we prefer whomever does this part also be capable of doing the apps on phase 2.
