Excel VBA macro sheet using REST

I have a small Excel VBA workbook that currently gets information fro a database via a DLL. I need it adapted to get this information via REST JSON. The existing worksheet has a column of names of database records.. The VBA code is triggered when a date is selected. The code loops through the products and requests prices for that date ( and 1 other) & puts them in a cell beside the product code. That is it, really simple. The first job will be to see if user has access to all these product names by getting a JSON customer record and checking all symbols against this. If none are available we tell the user and do nothing else. If some are available we warn user and ask to continue. If everything is Ok, the VBA will have to read the list of record names from the worksheet, add the date and, using REST/JSON, request prices then Display result in cells in Excel workbook (in same row as the record name). The code needs to be robust code and handle all errors well. Failing to connect etc. I'll supply API details to successful bidder. Let me know what libraries you will use and how quick you can deliver please. This may lead to a second larger job. You MUST have: VBA and REST experience ESSENTIAL.
