We are seeking an individual (preferably working with an agency, software company or team) with extensive experience developing python web applications. We have a prototype (Adobe XD) all ready - we just need the code written, and everything setup on Amazon AWS, and of course the database. The application also includes a payment system - we are undecided which service to use for payment (the app works a bit like Freelancer/Upwork - Users can advertise their skills (teaching subjects) and price (per hour) and students can hire the tutor and pay the tutor in the app). You probably know the skills required for this - ORM libraries, Some common framework (to de discussed), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and good knowledge of Python libraries - we are seeking a very fast development. We also need this deployed and running on Amazon - so obviously experience setting up Python applications on AWS will be important. --We will make a shortlist selection of candidates. --We will send these candidates an NDA for signing, and a link to view the prototype. --The prototype is very detailed - it looks and works like the final product. We will then request a detailed quote to complete the project, which should be possible given the prototype. --We will then define and agree on milestones. Payments will be made at each milestone. --We will reserve the right to stop the project immediately if a milestone progress is judged to be unsatisfactory. Quality checks will be conducted by a third party at each milestone. We are NOT looking to work with cowboy programmers doing a bit of freelancing after their day-job or in the weekend. We are looking for full time developers who work for professional development teams. We also do not hire people who are still learning - we will require you to demonstrate evidence of your expertise and knowledge of programming apps beforehand. While we are open to hiring developers from any country, we have found the quality of work on our other apps to be superior from the European/Russian/Ukraine etc area.
